This cute little cotton dress in petite size is from Laundry by Design and available at Nordstrom. Details: “‘It’s semi-fitting at bust and easy-fitting at hip. A full shift dress, from the smocked bodice and grosgrain ribbon trim to two kinds of eyelet: one bold and peekaboo, the other stippled with delicate vertical lines. Four dainty buttons detail the placket, and a ribbon-banded hem finishes the look.”
This dress is totally cute and perfect for Spring or Summer! 
You can probably find a dress similar to this one at Forever 21 but it’s great that a clothing line from Laundry makes apparel in petite sizes don’t cha think?!

The Peruvian Connection in Petite
Never heard of Peruvian Connection? Neither had I until now. It all started in 1976 by mother and daughter (Biddy/Annie). While she was doing anthropology research in Peru, Annie purchased a sweater for her mother’s upcoming 50th birthday and also bought a sweater coat made with alpaca yarn, trimmed with long haired fur of the same animal. Biddy and her friends must have fell in love with it so much that mother/daughter started importing a small range of sweater styles from Peru. And that is how the Peruvian Connection was born!
